This Notice explains our approach to the European Union and European Economic Area General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) where its territorial scope applies to our processing activities, including where applicable law treats our activities as offering goods or services to individuals in the EU/EEA or monitoring their behaviour there.
2. Relationship with Indian Data Protection Law
Where GDPR does not apply, personal information will be handled under applicable Indian law and our Privacy Policy. Nothing in this Notice should be interpreted as a representation that every processing activity undertaken by the Company is governed by GDPR.
3. Personal Data
Where GDPR applies, personal data may include information such as name, contact details, online identifiers, service enquiries, transaction information and other information relating to an identified or identifiable person.
Health-related information may constitute special-category personal data and may be subject to additional legal conditions and safeguards.

Where GDPR applies, we aim to process personal data consistently with applicable principles concerning lawfulness, fairness and transparency; purpose limitation; data minimisation; accuracy; storage limitation; integrity and confidentiality; and accountability.
5. Lawful Basis
Depending on the circumstances, processing may rely on consent, performance of or steps toward a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests, protection of vital interests or another lawful basis recognised by applicable law. Additional requirements may apply to health-related information.
6. Individual Rights
Where GDPR applies, an eligible individual may have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability and withdrawal of consent, subject to applicable conditions, exemptions and legal limitations.
